NTT Volkswagen Kimberley is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle servicing and repair needs, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.

• Book vehicles in for services, maintenance and repairs.

• Understand and record customer concerns and vehicle problems accurately.

• Prepare accurate job cards and provide customers with clear information about the work required.

• Explain recommended repairs and maintenance to customers.

• Provide customers with quotations and obtain approval before additional work is carried out.

• Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicles.

• Liaise with technicians and the workshop to ensure work is completed correctly and on time.

Check that vehicles are ready for collection and that all work has been completed.

• Contact customers when vehicles are ready for collection.

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and ensure issues are followed up.

• Promote additional services, maintenance plans and relevant products where appropriate.

• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records on the dealership system.
