Parts Sales Executive
We would hereby like to invite all interested parties to apply for the position of a Parts Sales Executive at NTT Volkswagen Heidelberg.
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused parts sales executive to join our dealership team.
Provide professional and efficient parts sales service to retail and workshop customer.
Prepare accurate quotations, invoices and parts order.
Follow up on outstanding order.
Liaise with technicians, suppliers and other departments to ensure parts are available when required.
Maintain accurate parts stock records and assist with stock control.
Requirements
* Dealership experience, preferably within the VW environment, will be advantageous.
* Good knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Computer literate and comfortable using parts systems - ETKA
* Good organisational and administrative skills
* A valid drivers licence.
* Trust worthy and reliable.
