NTT Motor Group Newcastle is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead and grow our Nissan and Stellantis New Vehicle Departments.

Core responsibilities:

– Lead, inspire, coach and develop a high-performing team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.

– Drive new vehicle sales performance while maximizing profitability and market share.

– Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to support departmental growth.

– Build and Maintain strong relationships with customer, OEM, and key stakeholders.

– Work closely with the F&I department to support and maximize finance penetration, VAP sales, and overall profitability.

– Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

– Ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.
