MasterCar Sales Manager

Managing & motivate the used vehicle sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Develop & implement effective used vehicle sales strategies.
Ensure vehicles are correctly priced, appraised and competitively positioned in the market.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Keep digital and online sales listings accurate and up dated.
Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards and applicable legislation.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a vehicle sales manager.
* Proven track record of achieving sales & profitability targets.
* Strong knowledge of the used vehicle market & dealership processes.
* Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
* Strong understanding of stock management, pricing and vehicle appraisals.
* A valid driver's licence.
