NTT Autohaus Centurion is seeking an experienced, dynamic and results-orientated Dealer Principal to lead our VW operation.
Key performance areas include:
– Managing human resources
– Monitoring and managing financial performance
– Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
– Directing strategic focus
– Co-ordinating sales and marketing initiatives
-Managing assets
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in successfully leading and managing a high performing dealership.
- Demonstrate leadership, coaching, mentoring, and people development skills.
- Have a results-orientated mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building as well as communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Sound administrative and computer literacy skills.
Valid South African drivers license.
Clear criminal record.
