* Full reception and switchboard (forwarding calls, taking messages, etc.)

* Client liaison.

* Administration.

* Travel and training Bookings.

* Creditors recons, enquiries and prepare payments.

* Debtors statement, enquires and collection.

* Ordering and stock control of cleaning materials.

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills and telephone manners.
* Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
* Must be friendly, professional and neat.
* Experience with Debtors & Creditors
* Valid South African driver’s license.
