- Valid Drivers License
- Proven track record with minimum 2+ years experience in the motor
industry, specifically the used car department
- Lead and manage the used vehicle sales team to exceed monthly
sales targets
- Train, mentor and motivate sales team to deliver exceptional
customer service and to exceed customers expectations
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Must be able to manage inventory including sourcing and pricing
used vehicle stock
- Team player and must be able to work hand in hand with our F&I
Manager to ensure maximum profitability on every deal
- Must have a high level of integrity, professionalism and passion for
the motor industry
- Strong organizing and time keeping skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and in a fast past environment
- Must adhere to ALL company policies and procedures as set out by
NTT
