New Vehicle Sales Manager

NTT BYD & Mercedes-Benz Klerksdorp is seeking an experienced, results-oriented New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead and grow the new vehicle department.
Responsibilities:
– Lead, coach and develop a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets
– Drive new vehicle sales performance, profitability and market share
– Manage daily showroom operations and stock
– Develop and implement sales strategies to support departmental growth
– Work closely with the F&I department to maximise finance penetration and VAP sales
– Monitor and report on individual and team sales performance
– Build strong relationships with customers, the OEM and other stakeholders
– Ensure excellent customer service and meet manufacturer and NTT standards
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and managing a vehicle sales team
- Strong sales, negotiation and closing abilities
- Leadership, coaching and people development skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Able to perform under pressure in a target-driven environment
- Sound administrative and computer skills
- Motor industry experience will be a strong advantage
- Valid South African drivers licence
- Clear criminal record
