- Minimum 3 years experience in Volkswagen sales or sales management in a motor dealership.
- Must be able to present a business plan on how to drive activity levels in the new and used vehicle departments.
- Must have good product knowledge of the Volkswagen Brand.
-Oversee the full pre-owned vehicle sales operation, including stock management, pricing, and retailing
-Source and manage used vehicle stock.
-Monitor market trends and competitors to ensure competitive pricing and stock mix.
-Ensure all used vehicles are accurately evaluated, reconditioned, and compliant with NTT standards.
- Proven track record of leading a team to exceed sales targets.
- Talented communicator and motivator with natural authority, a confident manner, and a highly performance-oriented approach.
- Experience in mentoring and developing staff.
