F&I Manager
We would hereby like to invite all interested parties to apply for the position of a F&I Manager at NTT Suzuki Kimberley.
NTT Suzuki Kimberley is seeking an experienced, results-driven Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
– Load finance applications and submit to all banks for approval
– Structure finance deals to meet customer and dealership needs
– Present finance and insurance products and maximise the sale of value-added products (VAPs)
– Facilitate the signing of bank finance contracts by customers
– Scan all relevant documents onto the NTT Intranet
– Collect all outstanding debtors before month end
– Ensure compliance with NCA, FAIS, FICA, TCF, POPIA and other regulations
– Build strong relationships with banks and service providers
Requirements
- RE5 certificate
- NCA accreditation
- COB and CPD requirements met
- Experience selling F&I value-added products (credit life, shortfall, comprehensive insurance, extended warranty, maintenance plans, tracking, etc.)
- Prior experience in a similar dealership role is an advantage
- Natural sales ability and strong customer interaction skills
- Reliable, committed, strong work ethic and good administration skills
