Requirements
Manage the day -to-day operations of used vehicle department.
Achieve and exceed sales targets from Volkswagen,gross profit,and stock turn objectives.
Lead ,motivate, and manage the used vehicle sales team.
Work closely with the FNI department to maximize finance and insurance penetration.
1. Proven experience as Senior Car Sales Executive
2. Minimum 5 years experience in the motor dealership environment
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
4.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
5.Track record od achieving salesand profitability targets.
