Requirements
• Minimum Grade 12 (Matric).
• Previous experience as a Warranty Clerk and/or Costing Clerk in a motor dealership.
• Sound knowledge of Volkswagen South Africa warranty policies and procedures.
• Experience working with dealership management systems (Evolve, Automate or similar).
• Good understanding of workshop operations and repair order processes.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid drivers licence.
