*Proven track record with minimum 2+years experience in the motor industry, specifically the used car department.
*Lead and manage the used vehicle sales team to exceed monthly sales targets.
*Train, mentor and motivate sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and to exceed customers expectations.
*Execptional leadership skills.
*Must be able to manage inventory including sourcing and pricing used vehicle stock.
*Team player and must be able to work hand in hand with our F&I manager to ensure maximum profitability on every deal.
*Must have a high level of integrity, professionalism and passion for the motor industry.
*Strong organizing and time keeping skills.
*Must be able to work under pressure and in a fast past environment.
*Must adhere to ALL company policies and procedures as set out by NTT.
*Clean criminal record.
