Requirements
• Structure finance deals to meet customer and dealership needs.
• Ensure compliance with NCA, FAIS, FICA, TCF, POPIA, and other regulations.
• Present finance and insurance products to customers.
• Secure finance approvals and negotiate with financial institutions.
• Maximise F&I income through value-added products.
• Maintain accurate documentation and build strong relationships with banks and service providers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the finance process.
Qualifications
B. Com degree or FSCA approved qualification
RE5 certificate
NCA accreditation
COB's and CPD points as required
Prior experience in a similar dealership role is an advantage
